ELLE Black & White Boutique on Rue La La

Posted in Uncategorized by Virginia on April 6, 2010

Mark your calendars! Coming to Rue La La this Friday is the ELLE Black & White Boutique. ELLE magazine’s very own Violet Moon Gaynor, Senior Fashion and Accesories Editor, has extended her expertise beyond the glossy pages to create a collection of black and white classic essentials. Why black and white? Why not something more editorial?

Gaynor says, “Black and white are my personal staples. As a New York City girl, black has always been part of my uniform (for work and play).  They’re an integral part of history and fashion right now. But it’s the cool combination and unique twists you can give these shades that really bring them to life and make them feel modern.”

Now, I love trendy indulgences as much as the next girl but the wise fashionista in me says invest in essentials. Style has a foundation. Gaynor’s chic line will be the perfect place to start building so get ready! What to expect: Monochromatic pieces in black and white with crisp tailoring and modern graphic prints.

This collection will be available to you on Rue La La this Friday, 4/9 at 11am. If you are not yet a Rue La La member, you can join now here.

This is great news! There are so many “bargain” websites now that I dont even bother to sift through most of the emails that I get from them.. there are too many! Thanks for highlighting this one. It will definitely be worth it!
